Account Manager

We are looking to hire an account manager for 10 hours/week to open and manage new sales accounts in the Greater Boston area.  This is a part time role with excellent potential for growth.

What you will do:

  • Develop new business with new clients
  • Connect with key business executives and stakeholders
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Generate meetings with new and existing clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements
  • Serve as the primary point of contact to manage and triage client inquiries and issues.
  • Track all activity & notes
  • Other duties as required

What you will bring:

  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
  • 5+ years as a Business Development Manager, Sales Account Manager or similar
  • Background in professional services, technology, or staffing services is preferred
  • Experience utilizing Hubspot (or similar) as a sales/marketing automation system
  • A passion for gender diversity and inclusivity of women in the workplace and skilled at convincing others of its importance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills and organizational skills
