Chief of Staff (Remote/ Full Time)

Our Client is hiring a Chief of Staff to join their team!  They are looking for someone who is both analytical and creative and has experience in the startup environment. After 1 to 2 years in this position this person can grow into a different role and help hire the next Chief of Staff.
Who you are:
You are a self-starter who is resourceful, solutions-driven, and eager to get their hands dirty. You have excellent analytical, project management, and organizational skills with an ability to prioritize with limited direction. You are comfortable and articulate at communicating across all levels of the organization including vice presidents, c-level executives and board members. You are exceptional at building collaborative relationships and leading projects to the finish line.

Projects you’ll work on

      • Shadow the CEO in meetings, be involved in day to day interactions and strategy with team, investors, customers, and partners
      • Support key strategic initiatives including board materials, investor presentations, capital fundraising, town hall presentations, leadership retreats, and annual planning
      • Drive best practices, communication, and coordination between our team members to enable effective collaboration across the organization
      • Work cross-functionally with departmental leaders and stakeholders to kick-off, actionize, and provide support across key company initiatives
      • Manage weekly executive staff meetings including, but not limited to, setting the agenda, providing insights and analysis to inform strategic conversations and tracking follow through to increase accountability
      • Oversee our goals process, working our management team to set, align and track company goals
      • Help recruit and onboard key company hires, ensuring that they have the context and support needed to successfully ramp up and perform their duties
      • Manage operations like budgeting, contractors relationships, business tools choice, and other administrative and compliance tasks.
      • Organize team events, manage internal communication and help build a strong culture.
      • Be the right hand and voice of the founder when needed to step in for meetings, initiatives and stakeholders liaison.

What you need

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or in a similar field
    • 2-3 years experience
    • Startup experience is a plus
    • An incredible sense of organization and time-management capabilities
    • To be extremely versatile and dedicated to efficient productivity
    • COVID vaccination
