The Marketing Coordinator position is a fully remote full time position



  • Draft all internal brand communications, newsletters, and reminder emails with oversight and support by Sr Copywriter.

  • Engage with our multiple communities as both an encourager and connector to build engagement and spark communication among the members.


  • Conceptualize and write engaging content for creative initiatives, campaigns, and projects.

  • Help drive messaging deliverables across all owned channels efforts to deliver fresh, compelling, informed content about our clients and audiences.



  • Obsessed with attention to detail, organization and all things digital marketing to help take our consultancy services to the next level

  • A portfolio and proven track record of junior marketing experience and copywriting

  • Must be able to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while adhering to shifting deadlines

  • Able to juggle multiple marketing channels, knowledge of what is appropriate content for each channel

  • Thrives in teamwork settings, super collaborative but not afraid to take the lead– remember, we love entrepreneurial drive!

  • Uses data and analytics to inform strategy and content creation

  • Unafraid to stand up for creative vision, confident enough to take risks and try new techniques to make attention-grabbing content for our clients
