National Sales Executive

Tour24 is currently seeking a passionate National Sales Executive to help us establish raving fans and achieve our goals for creating new leasing efficiencies in multifamily through our transformative self-guided tour solution.  The successful candidate will have strong experience in the multifamily industry in both business development and relationship building, with a demonstrable track record of performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with enthusiasm and passionately advocate for the Tour24 solution
  • Develop sales opportunities within your geographic area as well as specific named accounts
  • Leverage existing and new relationships to identify a broad range of business development opportunities
  • Consistently drive toward and exceed personal sales goals while also seeking opportunities to contribute to the overall team success
  • Maintain and grow client relationships by providing support, information, and guidance as well as communicating proactively with internal departments
  • Remain current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional networker; ability to consistently get face time with the right people
  • Strong and dynamic presenter, negotiator and relationship builder – you don’t shy away from a challenge
  • Experienced in prospecting, assessing and strategizing sales opportunities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; and you can adapt your style to the individual and situation
  • Desire to work independently and remotely with a high degree of initiative, motivation and self-management skill
  • Ability to consistently surpass expectations with clients, co-workers and sales goals
  • Exude high energy and possess a positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively
  • Ability to learn quickly and creatively solve problems
  • Familiarity with utilizing a CRM program

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Well-connected in the business community
  • Minimum of 3 years direct sales experience
