Core Responsibilities

  • Provide production-like support to Creative Studio, leading all aspects of day to day relationships with vendors
  • Coordinate a high amount of different scale, omni-channel creative productions – from OOH to digital banners to social media creative
  • Lead and track internal and external budgets relating to creative production
  • Support creative workshops and concept development as a team member
  • Work with Strategy and Insights to provide copy inspiration as well as audience facing messaging and content
  • Help develop strong creative concepts and solutions from initial idea to final execution
  • Actively participate in customer meetings and presentations as a representative of the Creative Studio Team
  • Deliver high creative and copy quality in all deliverables

The Producer belongs to the group of creative employees in the LEGO in-house agency network.

Responsible for ensuring that LEGO Agency delivers outstanding communication.

The organized creative we are looking for should be as strong in writing and developing engaging ideas as they are leading a project with a passion for writing/copy craft. Background in production is also required in this hybrid-style role.

You will be evaluated on the quality of your writing and freshness of your thinking through to your ability to with internal and external production resources to bring to ideas to life. Reporting into the Head of our Creative Production Studio.

 

Do you have what it takes?

 

Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience across creative production and copywriting. Familiar working with strategic planners, creatives, media agencies, external agencies and external consultants

Ability to actively and openly collaborate across a variety or teams, projects and partners. Strong communication skills. Demonstrate writing in a multi-channel environment actively pursuing new media and digital solution. Be comfortable working flexible environments where things change often. Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Consolidate feedback from across the team and collaborators and turn into actions. Experience with and knowledge of children’s brands is an advantage. Sociable and confident – be an integral part of the team, willing to get sucked in and help out. Able to get on with different personalities and work well as a sparring partner to other creatives but also with other departments and larger groups.

You will work across the entire LEGO portfolio and familiarity with our products, LEGO Humour and LEGO DNA will help. Staying up to date on all Brand guidelines, themes and IP style guides will greatly benefit you and the team.

 

New Location Update

This position will initially be based at our LEGO Education office at Boylston St, Back Bay, Boston before moving to a new central Boston office location by the end of 2026. Our hiring teams will discuss this with you during the interview stages.
