Sales Executive Assistant & Business Development Support (Part Time & Remote)

Our client is looking for a part time employee to assist in their day-to-day business needs.

15 hours a week to start.

The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker, #1 problem solver, self-starter and possess a business development energy and acumen. We think of this person as a utility player- able to do basic administrative jobs like email follow ups, social media posts, CRM “hygiene” to more complex initiatives like partnering with Marketing Agencies to drive new campaigns.

The ideal candidate also has a background in sales and is looking to grow further in the sales industry.

This role is a great stepping stone toward being an Account Executive.

What You’ll Do:

o Partner with marketing and Sales, to manage, project plan and budget

o Calendar organization

o Follow up on business development meetings

o Managing social posts on LinkedIn

o Ad-hoc project responsibilities

o Support live webinars

Must Haves:

o Experience working with in the corporate sector, preferably in a sales or marketing environment

o Min 5+ years’ experience working in project management

o Experience working with a CRM (Hubspot preferred)

o Social media savvy

o Uber organized

o Strong communications and writing skills to support the team in developing communications for internal sales, partnerships teams, and external business audiences.

o Professional demeanor and strong dose of self-awareness

o An “on-it” attitude

o Nice to have: graphic design skill.

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Outline of Tasks:

o Hubspot

o Accuracy in forecasting with “deals”

o Leveraging “tasks” for follow up reminders with prospects/clients

o Outreach/follow up to clients/prospects when needed

o Schedule meetings – send calendar invite with zoom info

o Access to owner’s calendar to make sure meetings are scheduled

Social (LinkedIn)

o 1-2 posts per week. Usually video, sometimes articles/links to podcasts/blogs from the site

o Managing in hubspot – twitter, FB, Instagram, LinkedIn

o Connect with Sales & SE leaders on Linked in – daily invites to 10-20 people

o Project Management

o Webinars

o Partnerships (ie: JB Sales)

o Conferences – speaking engagements

o Contracting:

o Follow up on SOW’s

o Support getting POs and MSAs, etc.

o Graphic Design support

o PPT and MURAL creations

o Research on prospective clients

o General troubleshooting on IT

o Mail Naked Sales books as needed o Special projects

o Stay connected to projects with Marketing Agency

o Project owner for long term strategy
