The Social Media Ads Specialist position is a fully remote contract to hire position.


Develop, implement & monitor paid marketing strategies to attract customers to company websites, online presence and promote online products and services. Analyze online statistics and identify areas to optimize online marketing performance. Examine trends and improve paid media campaigns according to client goals. Meet with clients and internal team members to provide statistics, analysis and recommendations regarding paid media campaigns.



  • OBSESSED with Social Media Advertising and finding new and creative ways to elevate content.

  • Develop, optimize and analyze paid media campaigns to ensure maximum return on investment for the client.

  • Create paid media campaigns based on input from Account Managers, other team members and directly from clients.

  • Implement appropriate tracking of campaigns to accurately measure success.

  • Analyze performance and adjust campaigns as needed.

  • Compile data across several paid media platforms and create weekly/monthly reports, including analysis for insights, optimizations and future strategy development. Review reports with Account Managers, other team members and clients.

  • Stay on top of current trends and technology and implement accordingly. Maintain high levels of up-to-date knowledge of best practices and strategies in the management of online paid media.

  • Other duties as assigned



  • Obsessed with all things digital and social media to help take our consultancy services to the next level

  • A portfolio and proven track record of strong social media ads experience required, preferably for the Professional Services and/or FinTech verticals

  • Must be able to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while adhering to shifting deadlines

  • Able to juggle multiple social channels ad strategy, knowledge of what is appropriate for each channel (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook)

  • Thrives in teamwork settings, super collaborative but not afraid to take the lead– remember, we love entrepreneurial drive!

  • Uses data and analytics to inform social media strategy and content creation

  • Unafraid to stand up for creative vision, confident enough to take risks and try new techniques to make attention-grabbing content for our client
