About the Role

As Chief of Staff, you will be the strategic partner and force multiplier for Engine's Founder/CEO, including:

• Owning the Executive Leadership Team operating cadence: monthly ELT meetings, weekly agendas, and read-outs to the broader company
• Protecting and optimizing the CEO's time, priorities, and information flow
• Preparing the CEO for board meetings, investor updates, and executive reviews
• Leading special projects that don't fit neatly inside one department
• Driving adoption of AI productivity tools across the leadership office

What They're Looking For

• 10+ years of progressive experience in high-growth environments (Series B/C or later startups, strategy consulting, or similar)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the presence to build alignment among senior leaders
• Comfort with ambiguity and a strong bias for action
