About the Role
Reporting to the Director of Development, the coordinator splits time across three areas:
- Fundraising administration (45%): supporting appeals and campaigns, administering the DonorPerfect CRM, prospect research, donor stewardship, and reporting
- Communications and storytelling (35%): the monthly e-newsletter, social media, donor and event materials, the annual report, photos and video, and press releases
- Donor engagement and community relations (20%): cultivating donors and partners and coordinating engagement events
What They're Looking For
- Strong writing, organization, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and on a small team
- Nice to have: DonorPerfect or another CRM, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, photography or video
- Bachelor's preferred; an associate's degree or relevant experience will be considered
