About the Role

Reporting to the Managing Director of Development, the Development Manager keeps the fundraising operation running, including:

• Managing the Salesforce development database, gift tracking, and reporting
• Processing donations and donor acknowledgment letters
• Supporting grant proposals, reports, and prospect research
• Donor outreach and stewardship
• Event logistics with vendors, plus month-end financial support and audit assistance

• 2-4 years of fundraising or development experience (education or youth-serving experience a plus)
• Strong organization and project management skills

• Flexibility for periodic Saturday and evening work
