About the Role

Reporting to the Director of Development, the Donor Relations & Events Manager will plan and run the organization's donor-facing events, including:

  • Building and managing a calendar of fundraising and community events
  • Coordinating venues, vendors, catering, registration, and guest communications
  • Managing event budgets and preparing post-event reports and ROI analysis
  • Supporting event hosts, volunteer committees, and event chairs
  • Keeping donor and participant records accurate in the donor database

  • 3+ years of experience in event planning or project management, ideally at a nonprofit
  • Strong organization and the ability to juggle multiple priorities independently
  • Comfort with Microsoft 365 and email tools like Mailchimp
  • Availability for some evening and weekend events, plus domestic and international travel
