About the Role

Reporting to leadership, the part-time Operations Manager keeps the organization's day-to-day running, including:

• Coordinating logistics for weekly programs and services
• Managing volunteer and partner communications
• Organizing contact and community data and building grant tracking systems
• Providing administrative and financial support
• Documenting processes and suggesting operational improvements

• Highly organized, dependable, and able to work independently
• Proficiency with Google Workspace; DonorTools and accounting software a plus
• Strong communication skills
