About the Role

As Vice President of Development, you will serve as the organization's chief fundraiser and a member of the Executive Leadership Team, including:

  • Building and managing a personal major-donor portfolio, cultivating and closing six and seven figure gifts
  • Leading a development team of up to 5 across major gifts, institutional giving, corporate partnerships, government funding, events, and donor communications
  • Overseeing foundation, corporate, and public-sector funding pipelines and grant compliance
  • Advising the CEO and Board on fundraising strategy and revenue forecasting
  • Developing the pipeline for regional and national philanthropic growth

  • Demonstrated success personally securing six and seven figure gifts
  • Experience managing a comprehensive development operation raising $10M+ annually
