Full Time (32–40 hrs/week)

Our client, a well-established and forward-thinking insurance agency in the Greater Boston area, is seeking a proactive, organized, and service-oriented Office Manager & Client Services Coordinator to join their growing team. This role is a cornerstone of daily operations—ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in keeping things running smoothly, and genuinely enjoys helping people. No insurance license required, though it’s a plus.

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the first point of contact—field inbound calls and greet walk-in clients
  • Deliver outstanding customer service with professionalism and care
  • Support licensed agents with client communications, billing, and coverage inquiries
  • Prepare and send renewal mailings; assist with claim filings and mortgagee requests
  • Maintain and update client records in the agency management system
  • Manage office logistics including mail, scheduling, and supply orders
  • Coordinate follow-ups via phone, email, and mail
  • Help ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
  • Opportunity to grow into technical insurance responsibilities and pursue licensing, if desired

What You Bring:

  • Prior office or administrative experience (insurance background is a bonus, not required)
  • College degree preferred
  • Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and phone-based
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
  • A team player with a can-do attitude and a problem-solving mindset
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office/365; DocuSign experience a plus
  • Eagerness to learn new systems and workflows
  • Local to the Needham/Dedham area preferred
