Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of marketing retainer clients. In this role, you will advocate for clients’ needs to our production team and the Digital Marketing Strategist assigned to each account, ensuring deadlines are met and work is executed accurately and effectively.

You will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to grow accounts over time. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and capable of balancing multiple priorities while delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

● Serve as the main point of contact for a personal book of B2B marketing retainer clients.

● Advocate for clients’ goals and deadlines to the production team and Digital Marketing Strategist.

● Ensure client work is delivered on time, meets expectations, and keeps strategic goals on track.

● Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

● Lead report meetings and work closely with digital marketing strategists to optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness

● Identify opportunities to expand services and grow client accounts.

● Communicate proactively with clients regarding project status, updates, and recommendations
