1 Session

In this single session, we’ll talk about what you want to manifest in your life, what you think might be holding you back and then come up with some tangible steps to get on the right path for you.

4 Sessions

This includes everything in the single session, but we’ll go deeper, looking to uncover any subconscious beliefs or self-talk that may be holding you back. We can talk about whatever topics you’d like—personal and/or professional. This is your time to really explore where you are right now and where you’d like to go, but also get in tune with your own innate higher wisdom. During and at the end of each session, I’ll provide new tools to try. For those that are open to it, we can also go through guided meditations, mindfulness work, and other holistic tools.  The goal at the end of the 4 sessions is to feel more confident, optimistic, and excited about whatever direction you’d like to move in.
